Since its establishment in 2012, the Asian Society of Cryosurgery (ASC) has always received deep attention and strong support from all colleagues. On the occasion of the 13th anniversary of the society’s establishment, in order to further promote the standardized development of minimally invasive tumor treatment technology and give full play to its role in comprehensive tumor treatment, the 9th Academic Annual Conference of the ASC is scheduled to open in Guangzhou, Guangdong on December 13, 2025.

This annual conference, with the theme of “Inheritance, Boundary-breaking, Symbiosis”, inherits the valuable experience, technical essence and innovative concepts accumulated by generations of doctors in the field of cryosurgery. It strives to break through three boundaries: the technical boundary, focusing on minimally invasive cryosurgery and combined treatment of solid tumors such as liver cancer, lung cancer and soft tissue sarcoma; the disciplinary boundary, promoting the clinical application of cryoablation in respiratory endoscopy, gynecology, dermatology and other cross-specialties and the formulation of standardized procedures; the regional boundary, inviting experts from all over the world to carry out academic exchanges, leading the cause of Asian cryosurgery towards internationalization and benefiting more patients. At the same time, we look forward to building a closely collaborative and symbiotic ecological system among doctors, researchers, medical institutions and even the entire industry through this annual conference, so as to jointly promote the continuous progress in the field of cryosurgery, and contribute more to the human health.
